4. Handmade Products and Processing
Many JoyfulBliss Co. products are handcrafted and prepared fresh to order.
Our candles require preparation and curing time before shipment. Candle orders generally require at least 7 days for preparation and curing, and processing may take longer during periods of high order volume or unexpected operational disruptions.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

5. Spiritual and Metaphysical Products
Our spiritual, metaphysical, manifestation, ritual, crystal, candle, and energy-related products are provided for personal spiritual practice, reflection, ritual use, inspiration, and entertainment.

JoyfulBliss Co. does not guarantee any specific spiritual, financial, romantic, emotional, energetic, manifestation, or other outcome from the use of our products or services.

Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions provided.
Candles and other flame-based products must never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, and heat-sensitive surfaces.
Decorative herbs, crystals, stones, charms, or other materials may need to be removed or repositioned before lighting a candle when instructed.
Customers assume responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of purchased products.
7. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.
