These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of joyfulbliss.co and purchases from JoyfulBliss Co. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted Privacy, Shipping, and Refund and Return Policies.

Eligibility and Website Use

You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content without permission; or violate another person’s rights.

Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors, textures, crystal formations, botanical materials, scents, labels, packaging, and handmade details may vary naturally from photographs or from one item to another. These variations are not defects.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, correct errors, update descriptions, discontinue products, or cancel an order when inventory, pricing, fraud, legal, safety, or fulfillment issues make that reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Handmade and Made-to-Order Products

Many JoyfulBliss products are handmade, assembled, dressed, or prepared fresh. Processing times are separate from carrier transit times. Product-specific, preorder, personalized, large-order, or high-volume processing estimates may differ from our standard timeline. Please review the applicable product listing and Shipping Policy before ordering.

Spiritual and Wellness Disclaimer

Our spiritual, metaphysical, crystal, candle, ritual, aromatherapy, herbal, manifestation, and educational products are offered for personal, spiritual, decorative, or entertainment purposes. Results are personal and are not guaranteed.

Product descriptions and educational content are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Do not delay or replace professional care based on information from our store. Follow product instructions, review ingredients, consider allergies or sensitivities, and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Candle and Product Safety

Use candles, oils, sprays, herbs, crystals, and other products only as directed. Never leave a burning candle unattended; keep flames away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials; place candles on a stable heat-resistant surface; and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged or unsafe. Customers are responsible for safe use after delivery.

Orders, Prices, and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are calculated as shown at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we confirm or fulfill the order. We may request additional verification or decline an order when reasonably necessary.

You represent that the billing, payment, and account information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Shopify and available payment partners.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, gifts with purchase, discount codes, and limited offers are subject to their stated dates, eligibility rules, exclusions, inventory, and redemption limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, applied retroactively, redeemed for cash, or used after expiration. Returns may reduce or remove a promotion when the remaining order no longer qualifies.

Shipping, Delivery, Cancellations, and Returns

Shipping, tracking, delivery, address changes, and carrier issues are governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and non-returnable items are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

Digital Products

Digital products are licensed, not sold, for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use unless a listing expressly grants different rights. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, publish, upload, sublicense, or commercially exploit digital content without written permission.

Access requirements and refund eligibility for digital products are described in the applicable listing and Refund and Return Policy. You are responsible for using a compatible device and maintaining access to the email address used for purchase.

Intellectual Property

The JoyfulBliss name, branding, product photographs, graphics, written content, downloads, rituals, course materials, and website design are owned by or licensed to JoyfulBliss Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited personal use necessary to shop from or use the website as intended.

Customer Content and Reviews

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, or other content for public use, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant JoyfulBliss Co. a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with our store and marketing, subject to applicable law and any permissions communicated at submission.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our store may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, and embedded tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices, and your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, guaranteed spiritual or wellness outcomes, or results beyond the express commitments stated in a product listing or applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoyfulBliss Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, product misuse, third-party services, or outcomes that were not expressly guaranteed. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold JoyfulBliss Co. harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of a product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived.

Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
